  • Boca Scooters is the best in Boca Raton! I get all my e-bike parts from Boca Scooters and they never disappoint. I bought my Sur-Ron Light Bee and a Hyper Bee for my son here, and the experience was flawless. Super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always supportive of the next generation of riders. If you’re into e-bikes, this is the shop. Highly recommend!

  • Best Surron Electric bike store in the USA! I bought 2 Ultra Bee & 1 Surron Light Bee X from this store. I researched all over Florida and the south east USA. Boy am i glad i found Boca Scooters. They are by far the best, made my purchase easy and painless. Super knowledgeable staff! 🔥 well worth the drive

  • I normally don’t write reviews, but this place has pushed my patience to the limit. My friends and I have purchased around eight bikes from this store, so we are not random one-time customers. We have spent a lot of money here and came back for repairs and service expecting basic professionalism. Unfortunately, every single time we go there, the experience is frustrating and disappointing. The customer service here is honestly one of the worst I have ever experienced. The sales representatives act like helping customers is a burden. The lady at the counter and the guy who works in the back (not Rick and other young guy, the other one) consistently show a level of indifference and disrespect that is shocking for a business that relies on customers. They always speak with attitude, and behave like they simply don’t care whether you are there or not. What makes it worse is the complete lack of basic courtesy and common sense when dealing with customers. Nobody walks into a store ready to spend their money expecting to be disrespected or treated poorly. Yet that is exactly the feeling you get here. It genuinely feels like some of the staff either hate their job or simply don’t understand the basic idea of customer service. This is not an isolated incident. I have experienced this multiple times, and every friend in my group who has gone there has had the same experience. At this point it’s a pattern, not a bad day. It’s exhausting dealing with the same rude behavior over and over again. The reality is that many people still come here only because there are very few proper bike repair shops nearby. If there were better options in the area, I’m confident a lot of customers—including us—would take our business somewhere else without hesitation. I’m writing this review hoping the owner or management actually pays attention. You have customers who are willing to spend money and support the business, but the attitude of some of the staff is driving people away. A bike shop should be a place where customers feel welcome and respected, not somewhere they leave feeling frustrated and disrespected. Right now, the biggest problem here isn’t the bikes or the repairs—it’s the people representing the store.
