  (Out of state buyer here) I found the X5 diesel online. I called and breifly spoke to Syed and within a few minutes, he had written up a purchase order. I told him I needed it transported and he quickly took care of everything for me. Vehicle was loaded up and hit the road next morning. He made the whole buying experience a breeze.   This is worth the read if you are considering buying from these folks. I am an extremely HARD customer to please when it comes to car dealerships. I purchase a vehicle about every two years, and I have no patience for the usual runaround, posturing, and sales games that come with buying a car. I find most of it completely useless. Enter Jet Auto. I had been searching for a second car for several months when I found the gem I ultimately purchased from Jet Auto. The only complication was that I live in Virginia and they are in Georgia. I reached out as soon as I became serious about the car, heard back the next day, and began communicating with them primarily by text. That is when Greg took over. All I can say about this guy is that he never once dropped the ball during the entire transaction—not once. Believe me, I was waiting for it, because that has been my experience with dealerships in the past. It NEVER happened. I gave Greg the out-the-door price I was willing to pay, and within a day, he met it. I also understand that a dealership needs to make money, so I did not lowball them. I never do. I am always a serious buyer, and I pay cash. I told Greg that upfront, and he moved forward without issue. Greg answered every text. His follow-through was never days later; it was usually within a few hours. He was straightforward, consistent, and every number he gave me remained the same and could be validated. I could not argue with his reasoning because it was honest, practical, and free of the usual salesman chatter. Greg made this transaction happen and easily put Jet Auto at the top of my list when it is time to purchase my next main daily driver. One final thing: Once the deal was completed and the money had changed hands, Greg did not disappear. We continued communicating about the transport and delivery timing. On top of everything else, the car was transported from Georgia to Virginia and delivered to me the very NEXT day, in excellent condition. Just try to get this type of experience from "most" other dealerships. If you see a car you are interested in at JET AUTO ask for Greg. That is all I am saying. Tell him the Jaguar XK guy sent you , he will know!

  I truly had a wonderful car buying experience at Jet Auto Sales. My initial contact was with Khan, the sales manager. Khan and the entire staff are extremely courteous. I test drove the vehicle I purchased on three different occasions prior to the purchase. The staff was very PATIENT in putting up with me. I required SEVERAL test drives to make sure everything was just right. They told me I could test drive it as many time as I needed to. Jeff, the service manager went on my last test drive, and he answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my new vehicle back here for service work. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership!
