  • I truly had a wonderful car buying experience at Jet Auto Sales. My initial contact was with Khan, the sales manager. Khan and the entire staff are extremely courteous. I test drove the vehicle I purchased on three different occasions prior to the purchase. The staff was very PATIENT in putting up with me. I required SEVERAL test drives to make sure everything was just right. They told me I could test drive it as many time as I needed to. Jeff, the service manager went on my last test drive, and he answered any and all questions I had. I will definitely be bringing my new vehicle back here for service work. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership!

  • My experience with Jet Auto was wonderful. I found a 2016 BMW 535d M sport and fell in love with it just from the photos back in May 2025. I had called ahead to let them know I was interested. I then got the loan from my bank and called back and spoke with OJ. I explained that I would not be able to come look at the car as soon as I had thought because my company sent our office to New York that week. OJ said he could hold the car for me (No Money) until I got back. I was a bit skeptical but off to NY I went. When I got back the car was still available even though there was now a line of interested people I had created. I took myself and my loan paperwork up to them , looked over the car, test drove the car and then went home with the car. It has not caused any problems for me and is running like a dream since I picked it up in June 2025. Just wanted to come back and say thank you for the pleasant experience.
