  • Amazing customer service and fast turn around!! I bought a used car that needed a couple tires asap. They were down the street, followed up with quoted price and extremely fast service. Didn't lie like the first place I went that was twice the price and 4 tines as long of wait. So now, I recommend them to any and everyone. I now feel safe driving back home up the I17 with fresh rubber on my newly purchased 2015 Ford Focus ST. Size was 205/40R17, so kinda oddball, bur they hooked a brotha up!!!

  • Great place to get replacement/lost wheel lug nut locks. I needed to get replacement wheel lug nut locks due to the previous owner not having them when I bought my truck. I went to AutoZone, Pep Boys, Napa Auto Parts, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and Big O Tires. AutoZone had a universal kit that cost $80 plus. All the other stores had 2 types of locks and a lug nut extraction tool which would damage the lug nuts. I went to Phoenix Tires and Wheels Outlet and they had the exact wheel lock needed. The lug nut lock was only $20. The young girl in the front was very helpful and kind. While there, I was offered to get my suspension checked due to an existing clunking noise in my truck. The other young man in the front was extremely helpful and checked my truck. They did minor adjustments on the suspension and stated it was fine. The gentleman stated there was no charge since it was a minor adjustment and nothing needed to be replaced. The clunking noice appears to be fixed. While waiting there, I overheard the gentleman interact with other customers and he was extremely professional. Great customer service skills and very helpful as well. This place has a ton of options and a wide selection of rims. I will definitely be coming back for any future needs. This is an honest business which is hard to come by these days.
