She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped me apply for financing quickly and smoothly. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. What I appreciated most was that she earned my trust. I never felt pressured, and I truly felt like I was being offered quality tires at a fair and reasonable price. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Iris definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Iris, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I highly recommend asking for her if you need tires!
