Pulled right up and got new tires/wheels -- No appointment, all in-stock for my particular size. Friendly staff and competent installers. There was a minor issue with one of my tires and they rectified it perfectly. I'm considering using them for some suspension modifications. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Iris at Phoenix Tires & Wheels Outlet. I was originally at another tire shop, but they were so busy that I was waiting a long time just to be helped. During the wait, I called Phoenix Tires & Wheels Outlet, and Iris answered. From the moment she picked up the phone, she was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped me apply for financing quickly and smoothly. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I was in and out much faster than I expected. What I appreciated most was that she earned my trust. I never felt pressured, and I truly felt like I was being offered quality tires at a fair and reasonable price. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Iris definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Iris, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. I highly recommend asking for her if you need tires!
