  • Recently purchased a 2015 Mini Cooper S Dealership encouraged me to take it to a independent mechanic for a pre purchase inspection if I wanted. They were upfront about the fact that it has a Rebuilt title. They gave me the price I offered and even reduced it a little further too the lowest even $100 on the out the door purchase price. Very pleased with my buying experience at Triple A Auto sales in Federal way Washington. Thank you Triple A auto.

  • My car would not start and I was left stranded. It uses a "smart key" that operates by pushing a button on the dashboard. They told me that they did not perform the service I needed, so "they would be happy to tow it to the dealership". There was a message on the dashboard that demonstrated where to put the key to manually start the car, which I'm sure that any competent mechanic would understand, but I did not. That's why I have a Triple A membership. Still, the woman handling my request could not be bothered , since her "key department" told her they could not handle it. I know that this area is to review auto sales, but I don't see a place to review service calls. I've had Triple A for many years and this is the first time I've been treated this poorly. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE!!
