  From start to finish, my experience with this dealership was nothing short of AMAZING. Buying a Tesla can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. The team was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interest at heart. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident and excited about my decision. That alone says a lot. What really stood out was how they made it happen. No games, no pressure just genuine effort, transparency, and top-tier customer service. They went above and beyond to get me into my Tesla, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

  I had amazing experience I have been shopping around for months with nothing but dead ends. I started talking to Tailyn on Facebook marketplace she was very sweet and welcoming through out the whole process... I am big on first impressions and from the moment I walked into the office I was immediately welcomed by everyone....which was nothing like what I experienced at the other dealerships I visited, they really do go out of their way to make miracles happen my score was in the low 400's and they were still able to get me in a vehicle. Tailyn explained all the paperwork to me and took her time. I went to some shady dealerships before but this one is nothing but honest and trust worthy I also read the mixed reviews but still wanted to experience for my self and I am so glad I did I give this dealership 100 % stars. Because I cant give more lol thank you so Much I will be recommending all of my friends here !!!!!

  BAD BUSINESS. i had been discussing a car with Tailyn since Feb 19th. yesterday was the 23rd. i drove 4 hours to get a vehicle and even spoke with her while on the road just for her to tell me she couldn’t get me the car. from the 19th-23rd NOT ONCE was i told i could not get the car. She even continued to ask for stuff on my way to the dealership. She greeted me first then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t get me the car and tried to put me in something else. instead of wasting my time i left not even 30 mins into the visit. that was the first sign for me to know she was not really trying to help me out. HORRIBLE experience. She had AMPLE time to tell me she couldn’t get me the vehicle but instead let me drive 4 hrs to the location just to be told she couldn’t get me the car. other than that the staff was nice.
