  • BAD BUSINESS. i had been discussing a car with Tailyn since Feb 19th. yesterday was the 23rd. i drove 4 hours to get a vehicle and even spoke with her while on the road just for her to tell me she couldn’t get me the car. from the 19th-23rd NOT ONCE was i told i could not get the car. She even continued to ask for stuff on my way to the dealership. She greeted me first then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t get me the car and tried to put me in something else. instead of wasting my time i left not even 30 mins into the visit. that was the first sign for me to know she was not really trying to help me out. HORRIBLE experience. She had AMPLE time to tell me she couldn’t get me the vehicle but instead let me drive 4 hrs to the location just to be told she couldn’t get me the car. other than that the staff was nice.
