  My husband broke his iPhone and he had a specific phone he loved that’s green and Verizon wanted way too much to upgrade . I called Bilal and within the hour Belinda called me back confirmed she had the phone I wanted and then was able to get my approved for the phone before I drove over 45 mins to get the phone. Once I arrived to pick up the phone I was having some issues with my first payment and instead of just canceling and giving up on me bilal and Belinda went above and beyond to get my application to process due to some address differences, so that my application wouldn’t be denied or canceled. They were very kind and understanding and not just to me but to every single guess who had entered their store . That’s a true representation of customer service and how they conduct their business. The phone is in perfect condition and they even gave me a free case and screen protector. Thank you Belinda and bilal if I ever have any phone issues I know where I’m going to go !!! Thank you for saving the day and doing it with kindness too !!
