  I purchased a 2021 Acura ILX from Web Autos. I found the car online and it was a good deal. Me and my brother went in for a test drive and everything at the time seemed fine. I made the purchase and on the way home, when I got up to about 80 mph, I noticed what I thought was an imbalance in the tires. So a little later I decided to take it in to the mechanic to get the tires balanced and they told me they could not balance the tires because 3 of the rims were bent so bad they had to be repaired and on top of that the passenger side front tire inner wall had a rupture and was bubbled out. It cost me almost 600 dollars to fix the bent rims and buy a new tire. The issue with the tire pisses me off cause that could of blown out while I was driving down the interstate at 80 mph and that would have been really dangerous. Also, all of the shocks/struts had been replaced as well so the car had been in an accident where it ran over something that bent the rims and blew out the shocks. All of this on a clean Carfax!!.. I have attached the video's of the bent rims below and the photo of the tire so nothing can be denied. The mechanic is Main Street Tire in Taylorsville NC and they are a Carfax Top Rated service center. I had to pay off the car and sell it and get something else. The simple fact that the car was sold to me in that condition is unacceptable. They did help with half of the warranty they offered but it does not cover bent rims/bubbled tires. I was on the fence about posting a review but I lost money with this car and I don't want this to happen to anybody else. Be careful buying from these guys.

  Bought an awsome pickup truck from One One take away. Warranty is too expensive and you have a couple options. Outside that, Brian was great. He worked diligently to make sure I found what I was looking for. The staff was super friendly and honest. I took the truck in for service and it was in great shape. Needed a few maintenance updates, but nothing out of the ordinary. It drives and runs great!! I would definitely buy again from these guys.
