I'm from out of state and was paying cash for a vehicle. I called them for more info about it and did not get an answer but then AI started blowing up my phone asking me for info, finance questions etc. I requestred several times to have a real person call me back but the AI would not stop. I did not get a call back or any type of response. It's been a while now and they still are sitting on the car so I inquired again and still no return phone call. They could've sold it. Their loss. Horrible sales tactics. They won't contact you unless you leave all of your info first and obvious that they didn't want my cash. Must be the laziest sales staff in the country if you can't return a phone call.
Carlos was amazing! I got my car fast and easy & he was very helpful. I would recommend anyone finding a car to come here. Affordable payments for customers.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This is a warning based on my real experience. I purchased a 2013 Acura TL from this dealership for almost $15,000. Based on the condition the vehicle was sold to me in, the car is realistically worth around $5,000 at most. I was severely overcharged for a vehicle that had major undisclosed issues. Within days of purchase, the emission light came on. I later discovered the car was sold with clogged catalytic converters. The vehicle also has ongoing electrical problems, including headlights dimming or shutting off and interior and footwell lights flickering. It became clear the car had been in a prior accident, which was never disclosed to me before purchase. The body work was extremely poor. Instead of being properly repaired, the bumper was held on with silicone, not correctly fixed with proper parts or clips. The mechanical condition of the car was unacceptable. The alternator failed. The suspension was completely worn with all four shocks blown. The axles were bad. Control arm bolts were left loose. An axle seal was missing, causing transmission fluid leaks. A wheel nearly came off shortly after purchase. I genuinely question how this vehicle passed inspection or was approved for sale. I attempted multiple times to resolve this directly with the owner, Adrian. I received no response until I posted a review. Only then did he contact me to ask how the review could be removed. When I explained I wanted help addressing the condition of the car, communication stopped again. Based on my experience, accountability is avoided once the sale is complete. They stated that repairs, including the axles, were completed. They were not. No actual repair work was done. Their mechanic left hardware loose and failed to install parts correctly, which directly led to further damage and forced me to spend thousands of dollars out of pocket to correct issues that should never have existed. If you are a first-time buyer, be extremely cautious and consider going elsewhere. Once paperwork is signed, support is essentially nonexistent. I was left paying a premium price for a vehicle that was unsafe and not close to the value represented at sale. If you want a reliable car, do not come here. If you are prepared for constant repairs while still making payments, this dealership may meet that expectation. If you want transparency and honesty, look elsewhere. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before spending their money.
