  • Experience was better than expected from a used car dealership off Broadway. The manager worked with us on our down payment and went above and beyond customer service when the clutch went out 3 hrs after driving it off the lot. He paid for it and gave us a loaner vehicle for the mean time. Super respectful staff and willing to work with customers in these economic times.

  • We had a great experience at iAutoDealers. John made purchasing our 2014 GMC Acadia straightforward and low‑pressure. A couple of days after we brought it home, the SUV developed a misfire. We called the dealership and Demitri (John’s son) asked us to bring it in that same day. They got it to their mechanic right away—turned out it needed new spark plugs. Even though there was no warranty, they covered half of the repair and had us back on the road quickly. Things can happen with used cars; what matters is how a dealer responds, and they truly stood behind the sale. We appreciated the honest communication and fast help and would buy here again.
