  I was a little nervous about iAuto at first, BUT that was simply because of the size of the shop. Many of the vehicles I had been looking at in my price range were at smaller dealerships, and if my budget had allowed, I would have gone for a Certified Pre-Owned option—especially after being burned by a previous private sale. What first eased my anxieties, though, were the many stellar reviews I read here on Google, and I can see why there are so many. When we arrived, the vehicle we came for was ready and reasonably priced. John helped us test drive it quickly, and it immediately became a strong contender on my list. He also had other choices on his lot that drew my interest. Throughout the process, John was genuine, kind, funny, and incredibly easy to connect with. He struck the perfect balance of doing his job to get the vehicle sold while also honoring my desire to explore every option available. You can tell he is a win-win kind of guy. What stood out most was John’s way of building trust. He engaged in meaningful conversation, advocated for my security and joy in the search, and truly felt like someone who wanted to help me find the right fit—not just make a sale. He’s the kind of person I’d happily share a coffee with and lose track of time talking to. The shop itself is clean, full of interesting vehicles, and it’s clear John takes good care of his inventory. He was open to a pre-purchase inspection, and conveniently there’s a service shop right across the street.
