  Had a great experience at Cycle City Bicycles. Aram was very nice, attentive, and super educational throughout the whole process. I was between two sizes and he took the time to properly size me and let me test ride both bikes so I could feel the difference. Aram and Jo were both very informative and never seemed bothered by the amount of questions I had. Jo was very chill and even showed me how to properly position my feet while pedaling, which was really helpful. I ended up picking up a Trek Domane and also dropped off my Cannondale for a much-needed tune-up and replacement parts. Fernando in the service department was very knowledgeable and immediately knew what the issue was with my bike. Five days and about 120 miles later, I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and the overall experience. Great staff, great service, and a very welcoming shop.
