  • I purchased a 2015 infinity q50 from this dealership that was sold “as‑is,” but it was represented to me as being in good condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Shortly after purchase, I discovered multiple serious issues that were never disclosed. The vehicle had a coolant leak, needed brakes and rotors, and the front end had been put back together using deck screws. The driver-side door had clearly been previously damaged or jimmied and does not close properly. None of these issues were mentioned before the sale. On top of that, the radio was not working at the time of pickup, which was never disclosed to me. When I brought it up, I was told I would have to pay to have it fixed. Additionally, items specifically listed in the contract — including an alignment — were never completed. I understand what “as-is” means, but there is still an expectation of honesty and transparency. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend to never purchase a vehicle from m motor group.
