  I recently just purchased a 2022 chrysler pacifica from M Auto Group. I live in Pittsburgh and was not able to come and get the van for over a week after I had initially talked to them. They sent me all the paperwork ahead of time so it would all be done by the time I got there. They stayed in contact with me throught the week and answered all my questions very quickly. When I flew in they came and picked me at the airport in the vehicle i was purchasing so i didnt get into a strangers vehicle. The van was super clean. I did have a few issues with it when we were driving back and I could really look it over. The van was making some kind of knocking noise so we instantly took it to a garage and put it on a lift and showed me that it wasnt anything serious. The garage said it was probably the breaks. The pads had about 30% left and there was a little rust on the rotors. Not a big deal its normal wear and tear. I also noticed that the wrap on the van was wearing pretty bad on the hood and roof, everything where else looked good. They instantly called a place and had it fixed that day, at no extra cost to me, so I could make the long drive back to Pittsburgh. I did purchase the extended warranty and they guaranteed that if something happens, I can take it to somewhere local to me and not back to them. They were very nice and patient with me even though i wasnt purchasing one of their high end vehicles.

  I found a beautiful red 2012 Fiat 5000 here with low mileage -- and not one scratch on it!! Israel was awesome with my husband and I. Normally I don't like shopping for cars, but this was a pleasant experience; and nearly effortless. I'm a nervous person and Israel was pleasant to do business with. I'm totally loving the car! Everything works fine and it runs beautifully. The car was super clean too. (Trust me, I've shopped at other places and cars stunk of smoke!) I think I'm on my third or fourth week with the car now and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Israel and staff!
