  • I usually hate car shopping but these folks made it surprisingly easy. Super chill atmosphere, no pressure, and they handled everything fast. I got a solid deal and they even helped me get a better finance rate than my bank offered. Been driving the car for a few weeks now and it’s been perfect. Thanks CARMATE team!

  • "Nevada and federal laws prohibit dealers from using deceptive advertising. They are required to honor the advertised price. Especially the cash price". My all cash price "out the door" was more than the advertised price--tax and licensing were NOT included. Buying a used car is always a gamble - but when the dealer is dishonest it taints the entire transaction. Now I am suspect to the actual condition of the car - did I just over pay for a piece of junk he couldn't move?????? Edit to add: You are correct, you did not collect any sales tax, registration or licensing fee's - which are always in addition to the advertised price of a vehicle (new or used). For clarity, the FTC requires the advertised price to INCLUDE dealer fee's unless dealer fee's are clearly stated in the ad that advertises the price of the vehicle. Additional fee's were not stated anywhere in any of the ad's for the vehicle I purchased. The purchase contract shows the amount above the advertised price as "dealer fee's". The FTC did not make it clear that there were different types of dealer fee's, so for clarity - why/how are the "dealer fee's" you charge exempt from the FTC requirements? I ask here because your answer will be beneficial to all of your current and future customers. I will update my review based on a better understanding, if and when I get there.

  • I had an amazing experience at my friend’s dealership. The cars are really reliable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The salesman was super friendly and really took the time to help me find the perfect car. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and top-notch service!
