  • I found a great quality car at a really good price. The staff is friendly and the process was quick. Update* I purchased my car back in October. It is now the middle of January and I still dont have my plates. No one has any answers. No, one is available on the phone or calls me back. You can't even leave a message because the mailbox is full. I had a great experience purchasing the car but since then, it has been nothing but a hassle. I am very much a benefit of the doubt person but the lack of communication and explanation has gotten ridiculous. Update* Finally have my plates and title. I was offered a free oil change for my troubles. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews so I figured I would at least update with the outcome.

  • My wife and I were looking for a vehicle. This wasn't a planned stop, but something caught my wife's eye on the Carfax website. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and enthusiastic salmonship. Looked at a few vehicles but her eyes locked in with the Escalade. They were extremely honest and helpful. Being a young used car lot (I believe only a couple months old.) I was impressed with their customer service, willingness to work within our budget as well as a decent amount of vehicles to choose from. I recommend visiting this location as well as purchasing a vehicle from them. I don't think they offer any financing, but we did not need it as we bought ours in full. We are happy and wife is ecstatic with her new vehicle.
