  • My wife and I were looking for a vehicle. This wasn't a planned stop, but something caught my wife's eye on the Carfax website. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with professionalism and enthusiastic salmonship. Looked at a few vehicles but her eyes locked in with the Escalade. They were extremely honest and helpful. Being a young used car lot (I believe only a couple months old.) I was impressed with their customer service, willingness to work within our budget as well as a decent amount of vehicles to choose from. I recommend visiting this location as well as purchasing a vehicle from them. I don't think they offer any financing, but we did not need it as we bought ours in full. We are happy and wife is ecstatic with her new vehicle.

  • TLDR: I purchased a car from them in full back July and still dont have the title. It pains me to leave a review like this because the purchasing experience was amazing. I bought a 2010 Kia Soul back in July. The young man who helped my wife and I was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to test drive and purchase the vehicle in full. However, its now November and the DoL is reporting that no paperwork has been filed for the title or the registration. I have tried to call Fadak to get an update and another temporary plate but I usually get no answer or someone telling me to "call back later". I would love to remove this review if the problem is rectified on their end.
