We had a really good experience with Fadak Auto Sales. After dealing with several other sellers, this process was much easier and more straightforward. They were responsive, allowed inspection, and made the paperwork simple. The car was priced fairly for its condition and felt worth what I paid. Overall, we appreciated the smooth process and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car without unnecessary pressure.
I highly recommend Fadak Auto Sales. I was recommended by a friend to come here and l was definitely accommodated ABOVE AND BEYOND!! The whole family is amazing and knowledgeable about the business. They also have a great referral program so my friend will receive $200 for me buying a car and l have the same opportunity to refer someone. I went to several lots and Fadak was definitely the best
⭐☆☆☆☆ I cannot recommend this dealership. I purchased a Mazda 2 from them, and the problems started immediately. The transmission began failing almost as soon as I bought the car. To their credit, they agreed to replace it—but from there the experience became a months-long nightmare. During the repair process: - The transmission replacement took weeks. - One mechanic damaged additional parts, including the clutch and swing arm, and was reportedly fired. - A second mechanic broke the thermostat housing and attempted to repair it with JB Weld instead of properly replacing the part. - When I finally went to pick up my car, they had lost my only key and had to call a locksmith. After all of that, I didn't even make it home before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The heater went full blast, the car became undrivable, and I had to have it towed directly to my own licensed mechanic. My mechanic's inspection found even more serious issues, including: - The incorrect transmission had been installed. - The flywheel repair was incorrect. - The thermostat housing repair made future replacement far more difficult. - The driver's seat is damaged beyond repair and is a serious safety concern. I have documented every conversation and text message throughout this process, and I also have a written report from my licensed mechanic detailing the condition of the vehicle and the repairs that were performed. I tried to resolve this reasonably by requesting a refund of my $4,000 purchase price. I did not even ask to be reimbursed for the additional money I spent on gas for the transmission or replacement parts. Unfortunately, I have been left with a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and a tremendous amount of stress. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly encourage you to have any vehicle independently inspected before making a purchase. My experience has been frustrating, expensive, and incredibly disappointing.
