  I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience purchasing a van from this dealership was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and at times made us feel racially profiled and discriminated against. We purchased a van for our business and paid over $10,000 by wire transfer. Throughout the transaction, multiple unnecessary and inappropriate comments were made about us paying cash. At one point, an employee referenced a previous customer who had paid cash and then discussed how that person was later arrested by the FBI for allegedly doing “shady business.” That had absolutely nothing to do with us or our legitimate business purchase. I found the comparison inappropriate and offensive. The repeated comments and attention surrounding how we were paying made us extremely uncomfortable and left us feeling judged and profiled. To make matters worse, we specifically told the dealership that they could keep the van until the wire had completely cleared and the funds were in their account. Despite that, they tried to tell us we needed to pay an additional $500 deposit, on top of the more than $10,000 we were already paying for the vehicle. Then, they didn’t even contact me when the wire cleared. I had to call the dealership myself to find out what was happening, only to learn that the money had already cleared and been sitting in their account since the previous day. Considering the amount of concern they expressed about our payment, you would think they would have at least notified us once they confirmed they had received the funds. What happened when we finally came to pick up our van was even more concerning. They attempted to give us an entirely different van than the one we had purchased and completed paperwork for. The van they presented to us had more miles, was in worse condition, and had a BROKEN wheelchair lift. It was absolutely not the vehicle we selected and paid for. Even more concerning, plates had been placed/switched onto the wrong van. WE were the ones who noticed that it wasn’t our vehicle and called it out. After we questioned them, we were told it was a “mistake.” Considering that this other van had higher mileage, a broken lift, and was in noticeably worse condition than the vehicle we actually purchased, this was not something we considered a minor mix-up. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end when we finally left with the correct vehicle. We purchased the van on June 26, 2026, and as of August 7, 2026, we STILL have not received our permanent registration/tags. I have now had to contact the dealership myself yet again requesting documentation showing whether and when our title and registration paperwork was actually submitted. From beginning to end, this was one of the worst vehicle-purchasing experiences I’ve had. Between the comments about us paying cash, the way we felt we were treated, trying to charge an additional deposit after we wired the purchase funds, failing to notify us when they had our money, attempting to give us a higher-mileage van in worse condition with a broken wheelchair lift, the plate issue, and now the unresolved title/registration situation, there have been far too many serious issues to overlook. Based on our experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

  This dealership sold me a 2018 Ford F-550 6.7 Diesel that had been deleted. The entire emission system had been removed and all the wiring just cut off and dangling in the wind. No DEF system, No particulate Filter, No Catalytic Converter. My first complaints to the sales lady, Cynthia, was a late response and accusatory but said she would call me back on monday... she didnt. I left messages at the dealership but she ignored them. After complaining to the front desk about her and the truck, Cynthia called back and lied saying she gave me a phone # to call. Reviewing our text messages and our Call Logs... she never provided anything. But, now she gave me a number to their other dealership front desk... not a manager nor the owner. Her name was Arlette who told me that id have to pay for the emissions replacement because I bought the truck As-Is. When i informed her that the sales was illegal and that id report she asked for pictures... of which, i sent several up close photos to her. Ms Arlette then told me to bring the truck back for a couple weeks. I asked if it would be repaired and she said no, just so we can look at it. Well, that is not going to happen, they will just repo it and ill have nothing. Ive sent two letters requesting to unwind the deal but have not got any response from anyone. So, the trucks sits on private property, locked and chained, and 24 hour security guards. Will i make anymore payments.... Im waiting on my lawyer response.
