This dealership sold me a 2018 Ford F-550 6.7 Diesel that had been deleted. The entire emission system had been removed and all the wiring just cut off and dangling in the wind. No DEF system, No particulate Filter, No Catalytic Converter. My first complaints to the sales lady, Cynthia, was a late response and accusatory but said she would call me back on monday... she didnt. I left messages at the dealership but she ignored them. After complaining to the front desk about her and the truck, Cynthia called back and lied saying she gave me a phone # to call. Reviewing our text messages and our Call Logs... she never provided anything. But, now she gave me a number to their other dealership front desk... not a manager nor the owner. Her name was Arlette who told me that id have to pay for the emissions replacement because I bought the truck As-Is. When i informed her that the sales was illegal and that id report she asked for pictures... of which, i sent several up close photos to her. Ms Arlette then told me to bring the truck back for a couple weeks. I asked if it would be repaired and she said no, just so we can look at it. Well, that is not going to happen, they will just repo it and ill have nothing. Ive sent two letters requesting to unwind the deal but have not got any response from anyone. So, the trucks sits on private property, locked and chained, and 24 hour security guards. Will i make anymore payments.... Im waiting on my lawyer response.
