From the moment we arrived, the team treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond — not only explaining the differences between cars and trims, but also taking the time to walk us through every detail of the technology inside the car and answering all our questions with patience and clarity. Nika Narzaya was very patient trying to meet all our expectations on color, trim, options. She looked for so many cars from other dealerships and coming from the factory, never gave up! We ended up buying a Lexus NX 450h+ and we both (my wife and I) got the opportunity to drive the sports and standard versions without rush which enabled us to clearly choose what we needed and felt more comfortable with. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel truly taken care of, we felt valued, respected, and never rushed. While it’s always a lengthy process, we felt it was very smooth, transparent, and far better than what we’ve experienced elsewhere.   • I walked into the dealership to get a RX350 this past Sunday. The whole experience with Ray was straight forward, clearly communicated and most importantly stress free! He went above and beyond with accommodating me for what I wanted. The deal was excellent, and more importantly the car is superb! Got a pretty good deal with my trade in too. Highly recommend this dealership and staff, especially Ray!
