  • Lexus review This is my first car dealership review since we had a positive and different experience when compared to previous instances when buying new cars. From the moment we arrived, the team treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism. They went above and beyond — not only explaining the differences between cars and trims, but also taking the time to walk us through every detail of the technology inside the car and answering all our questions with patience and clarity. Nika Narzaya was very patient trying to meet all our expectations on color, trim, options. She looked for so many cars from other dealerships and coming from the factory, never gave up! We ended up buying a Lexus NX 450h+ and we both (my wife and I) got the opportunity to drive the sports and standard versions without rush which enabled us to clearly choose what we needed and felt more comfortable with. It’s rare to find a dealership where you feel truly taken care of, we felt valued, respected, and never rushed. While it’s always a lengthy process, we felt it was very smooth, transparent, and far better than what we’ve experienced elsewhere. Rather than sitting and waiting, Stephen Smith (a true expert in the technology of these cars) offered to explain how the app works, how charging is done, how the digital key works and helped us configure the car. We highly recommended this dealership and these people to anyone looking for exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and a truly premium experience. We will definitely be coming back!

  • First phone call with Nika about the advertising. Less than 3 minutes she and I can clear out what I want and what she can offer. In 5 minutes after I decide to buy she goes step by step what I need to do . Several days after I just follow instruction and received update information ! People always said buying car a deal with agent is headaches. This year of 2025 I am glad that I met a wonderful agent like Nika, who understands my English kind of limited in technical term and She try best to feed me with what I need to know of my 1st Lexus car, and I really appreciate!

  • I have always brought my lexus in here for servicing for the last 10 plus years and although expensive compared to a small shop, they are clean, efficient and fast. They check you in quickly and those people are always exceptionally nice. They have a decent waiting area with comfortable seating, a TV, coffee/water and if you are early they usually have bagels and pastries. Making an appointment for service is highly recommended but I have brought my car in for service without an appointment and they figure out a way to take care of me. Never had an issue here.
