  • I can’t say enough good things about Maxim motors and Joe who runs the car dealership. When I came in, I spoke to Joe let him know what I was looking for and what I could afford and he made it happen within a day. It was easy. I didn’t spend hours and days like I have other dealerships to only be turned down. I would send anyone to Maxum Motors if they want to be treated with respect and great cars!

  • What can I say? Joe and his team provided the best customer service experience I've ever had (not just with a car dealer, but anywhere). If you need a car, you can trust that you will get the best possible price, buying experience, and customer service of anywhere in Arizona. I did a lot of research before settling on the Mazda6 I picked up from them. From the first phone conversation with Joe, I knew he had the customer's needs as a top priority 100% of the time. I told him the price I needed the car to be at to make it work in my budget and we came to an agreement in a matter of minutes...No fluff, no extra costs, just straight up. It was frankly surprising how easy and comfortable he made the experience compared to the other dealers and dealerships I'd been dealing with that were blowing up my phone and trying to sell me. Joe was just matter of fact and accommodating. Everything you would hope for with a buying experience. When I came in to the shop, the experience was top notch, he let me take the car out and test drive it myself, came back and signed the paperwork, and out the door in about 45 minutes. His team was incredibly professional and the whole time I could tell that they care about getting things right for the customer. At this point, it was already 5 stars for me, but Joe went above and beyond 5 stars. After I took the car home, it appeared one of the sensors needed to be replaced and there's no way Joe or anyone else could have seen that coming. Despite the surprise, Joe did not hesitate for a second. He had me come in right away and fixed the car at no cost to me. Not only that, he gave me a one of his own vehicles to use as a loaner so that the fix did not impact my day whatsoever. It turned out to be a challenging and expensive repair, but Joe kept his word and got it done. One of the most honest, genuine, and professional people I've ever come across as a customer. You can trust that you are in good hands with these guys and if they have a car you are interested in, don't hesitate... Go with these guys.
