  • I recently went to Adam's auto sales to inquire about purchasing a Dodge Charger SXT 2019. I went to several different dealerships in looking for this car so I could compare prices. Not only was adam's auto willing to go down on the price but they had the best customer service out of anyone else that I went to. The other car dealerships were very aggressive about getting me to sign contracts and commit to a sale on the spot while adams auto sales was far more polite and was not aggressive in their sales tactics towards me. Going into a car dealership can sometimes be like getting dropped into a piranha tank. This wasn't the case at adams auto sales and my experience with them was excellent. I ultimately decided to go with adams auto sales with my purchase, and I am very happy with the quality of my car.

  • Bought a car here. Thought it was a great decision. Turned out to be a money loss. Vehicle came with a broken right headlight that I had to pay $3300 to replace. It also had a leaking axle that had a broken seal. The brakes and the tires are in terrible shape and was told after buying the vehicle that They only have 4000 miles left on them. Usually buying a used car at a real dealership they have to be at a certain percentage or they cannot be sold both tires and brakes. They also ordered a part that was broken on my car before I purchased it and was told they would install it. It has been over two months and I’m still being told the run around and not getting the part installed. Let me know I’ll get you started on the warranty. They sold me GWC won’t even pay any of the repairs even if it’s covered. GWC warranty only covered a percentage of my repairs. Most of it came out out of my own pocket. If you wanna save money, don’t buy your car here. Use a different dealership.

  • I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 for $17,000 from Adam‘s auto. I wrongly assumed they would safety check their vehicles when I brought it home. I realized it was past due for service . I took it into our mechanic who maintains our 16 vehicles for our company and they informed me that it had 3% left on the brakes Three mismatched tires which will not work on an all-wheel-drive and worn out struts. I then contacted Adam’s auto and said I would like to split the cost of the brakes and the tires with you. They have never even responded. I would not use this dealership again. this is the first bad review I’ve ever left.
