  • The SERVICE Department is "Ghetto!" I brought my car in for an oil change using the "Advantage Care" in which I paid upfront ($4,535). And I'm not getting what I paid for. After waiting an hour and a half I was told everything was completed. (Oil change, Tire rotation, Tire Pressure adjust, fluids etc.) I labeled my tires to make sure the rotation was done. Before I pulled away from the Service area, I noticed my tires were NOT rotated. (See video on yelp). They took my car back and rotated my tires. When I got home, I checked the tire pressures and noticed that they weren't adjusted either (see photo). Now, I doubt if the Oil was really changed. Not sure who the Service Manager is or why they would allow this to happen. The one star is for Doug whom I spoke to about this and the lovely lady that greeted me as I pulled into the Service lane. Before purchasing your car here you might want to reconsider. The Service Department is not as efficient as the Sales Department. This problem alone is why I regret purchasing my vehicle with Findlay. Elevating this problem to Corporate.
