  I strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We paid cash for a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, using our savings to purchase what we believed was a dependable vehicle. Less than 24 HOURS after purchasing the vehicle, the transmission failed and the Tahoe would not go over 30 mph. We immediately contacted the dealership. After multiple calls and texts, they responded once, suggesting we take the Tahoe to a mechanic they use who could repair it cheaper. At that point, it had already been professionally diagnosed by a reputable transmission shop. Considering what happened less than 24 hours after buying the vehicle, our trust in the dealership was gone, and we certainly weren’t comfortable taking it to a mechanic recommended by them. After that, our calls and texts went unanswered. The final result: a $6,500 transmission repair, two weeks without our vehicle, rental car expenses, and ZERO financial assistance from the dealership. I understand there are risks when buying a used vehicle. What I don’t accept is a major transmission failure less than 24 hours after purchase followed by a dealership that essentially washes its hands of the situation. Based on the vehicle we were sold and how we were treated afterward, my recommendation is simple: don’t even come near this place. Take your money somewhere else.
