  I want to give a big shoutout to Jerry, Yeita, Carlos, the loan specialist (whose name I sadly forgot), and the wonderful insurance lady. Carlos really came through for me. At 65 years old and raising five grandkids, life isn’t easy. But Jerry made sure I got the perfect Volkswagen SUV for my family. They were incredibly patient, truly family-oriented, and took the time to listen—not just to me, but to my needs. Jerry and his wife made me feel heard and respected throughout the entire process. The down payment was good, the monthly car payment was excellent, and the insurance deal was absolutely fabulous.
