  I want to give a big shoutout to Jerry, Yeita, Carlos, the loan specialist (whose name I sadly forgot), and the wonderful insurance lady. Carlos really came through for me. At 65 years old and raising five grandkids, life isn’t easy. But Jerry made sure I got the perfect Volkswagen SUV for my family. They were incredibly patient, truly family-oriented, and took the time to listen—not just to me, but to my needs. Jerry and his wife made me feel heard and respected throughout the entire process. The down payment was good, the monthly car payment was excellent, and the insurance deal was absolutely fabulous.   I had an excellent experience at JNIC Motortrend on Dixie in Oakland Park. My son purchased his first car here * a Cadillac SRX * and I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went. The entire process was quick, professional, and completely stress-free. The staff was very, very nice - genuinely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They made sure we understood everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable for my son, which meant a lot since it was his first major vehicle purchase. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m also glad this dealership is right down the street from us. It’s so convenient to have a trustworthy place close by that makes buying a car this easy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, no-pressure experience and will definitely return here for future purchases.

  This is the place to come if you’re trying to get a car! They helped me even though my credit is in works and with a great car at that! Sometimes what you looking for is right there and when you’re ready to find it people like this are there being patient with you throughout the process. 5 million star review!!!
