Great purchase experience with Alejandro! He was so patient, very informative and helpful. I've had bad car salesman experiences but for the first time not today! The purchase was very smooth, from start to finish. So thank you Alejandro and Honda in Palmdale for your great help with this purchase! Also there was another man that was very helpful but i did forget his name, possibly the manager who came to break down the cost, he was very compassionate and not pushy at all. Definitely recommend buying a car here!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Trust Palmdale Honda! Huge thanks to my Sales Representative, Adrian Gonzalez for helping me get into my new Honda. The entire process was smooth, professional, and—most importantly—incredibly fast. If you want a stress-free deal without the usual runaround, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
This place is as sleazy as they come. Theyll offer you 8% interest rates and lowball trades, and of course mark up vehicles with nonsense accessories like wax/sealant while the paint actually looks trashed on their showroom cars. Shine a light on the paint… you’ll see how they have high schoolers washing 50k plus cars who can’t detail a counter top let alone car paint. Just amateur hour. Not only that, I went in and somehow my collectible Type R keychain was missing the next morning. Keys never left my car after I walked out their dealership as it was close to 7pm. All I know is that I gave the keys to Daniel the internet manager and who knows who had access to my keys after that. Unless you can prove that keychains simply fall out and rip randomly, what else explains it?????? I unconsciously removed it? Someone broke into my garage and took my keychain at night? What’s the more plausible explanation??? Avoid this dealership. I decided to give them a second chance after a terrible experience prior. Nothing has improved. Still grimey and sleazy. Stay away
