  • Manny and Jay were very helpful Honda guys. My sister in law recommended we go here to get a new van for the kids. A regular wheelchair fits good in the back and room for 8 people! The van drives incredibly smooth and we love all the technology features. I used a co-signer and put $5000 down. I don’t regret anything. If you want a Honda go here and get taken care of!

  • Do not go here! These people are straight criminals. My daughter lives nearby, I live in Texas. She needed to buy her first car on her own so I helped from afar. I found a nice ‘23 Accord on their website for $21,491 and had her go look at it. She loved the car! They told her she’d be around 15% interest (she has a 780 credit score). So she told them she’d was going to speak with me and come back the next morning. We arranged financing through USAA that night and she went back to buy the car. To say she was excited is an understatement. But when she got there, they had raised the price by $4000. They were unwilling to move on it. So she had to get another uber to go home, pretty upset. I called the sales manager to discuss it and he was rude and insulting, asking me if I had proof it was $21,491 the day before. He said they certified it 3 days before and that’s why it went up in price. That may be the case but it was advertised for the $21k. They too were unwilling to even meet me halfway. Just a simple profit grab at the expense of a single female. Disgusting. So I called Lancaster Honda, found a certified ‘23 model with less miles. I negotiated with them and we settled at $21,250. They also told us about a 1.5% interest promotion Honda was having, something these jerks didn’t bother to do even though they are also a Honda dealer. So we ended up getting the one in Lancaster, at a dealership that was nothing but kind, compassionate and very professional. I’m off to write them a stellar review now. This dealership needs to be re-named because “TRUST” is the absolute last thing that comes to mind…. Shame on this place. While I appreciate the reply, Jay, there is no need for me to call. Nice job on the reply in a feeble attempt to save the PR, but we spoke the night this happened. You were of no help. Very dishonest on the increase of the prices when you knew she was coming back with her own financing. Once you learned that she wasn't going to fall for the 15% interest BS you tried to pull on her, your only option to maximize profit was to be dishonest. I get it, we all need to make money, but doing so at the expense of your and your dealership's reputation is repulsive.
