  Manny and Jay were very helpful Honda guys. My sister in law recommended we go here to get a new van for the kids. A regular wheelchair fits good in the back and room for 8 people! The van drives incredibly smooth and we love all the technology features. I used a co-signer and put $5000 down. I don’t regret anything. If you want a Honda go here and get taken care of!

  DO NOT ATTEND THIS HONDA FOR A VEHICLE! They are extremely unprofessional & very much disorganized! I bought a 24 Civic as my first ever vehicle from them that turned out being a lemon that they did not want to attempt to help fix unless I paid almost 2,000 out of pocket! I was also sold that vehicle by a young man that was very unprofessional & attempted to try to mix his business with pleasure during the time of pick up for me to get my car! I then complained to them about the lemon that was eventually able to switch out my civic for a 2025 Accord. I was in communication with the dealership at the time about me looking for a affordable auto insurance being I am young with only so many years of driving experience I kept getting really expensive quotes so I was in communications with Trust Palmdale Honda about that so they were supposed to have me under their insurance until I was at least able to confirm a quote that was affordable for me to pay. They DID NOT have me on their insurance due to miscommunication on their end so when I was rear ended at a complete stop I had no insurance at the time of the incident causing everything to be much more of a headache! So I went in to speak with them about options & eventually was able to find some kind of solution for the time being they mentioned my credit score would not be affected as long as I paid my car note on time for the new 2025 Accord I received for the 2nd time I have been paying it every month not missed one payment & yet still my credit score took a hit! They do not communicate as they should or give accurate information or numbers at time of sale! I also was supposed to have been purchasing the first 2 vehicles I got from them turned out they had them under as a lease having me waste all my money on a vehicles that did not work or that they did not have covered! Do not attend Trust Palmdale Honda & DO NOT TRUST THEM! Sincerely a very disappointed customer of Honda!
