  • My 2025 MDX required a software update at the dealership.My service consultant, Mitch Kloeckner, thoroughly briefed me before my appointment about what would be done and how long it would take. His notice allowed me to prepare and be productive during my wait. However when I got home and turned off my MDX, all of my presets, the sound system, Google, etc. did not come back on when I restarted my vehicle. They had to be reprogrammed each and every time. I went to the manual. I made no progress so I emailed Mitch. He had some diagnostic ideas. I went back and in short order he patiently found the glitch and reprogrammed my vehicle as it should be. All is well. This year marks 10 years I have been loyal to both Cardinale and Mitch. They excell at "old school" customer service which car owners like me greatly value. Thank you Mitch
