Mitch at the service department told me everything upfront before anything was done and kept me informed the whole time, they even took videos of the whole process. The waiting area had treats and coffee while you wait. After the service, they washed my car. I was done within 1.5 hours. Had a follow up call from staff the next day- to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great experience all around
