  • I contacted another company, and they sent a towing truck belonging to this company—it arrived very quickly. The driver who came loaded the car professionally, and I was impressed by their amazing service. However, I didn’t receive my car at the location I requested. Instead, these guys took my car to their lot. I had to wait 5 hours for the police and spend the night outside because my documents, belongings, and house keys were in the car that these people essentially stole 😒 And most importantly, I still haven’t gotten my car back 🤷‍♂️

  • They took my car without me knowing and junked it while it had my personal belongings in the value of over a thousand dollars. One item my father purchased before he died on top of other important things and they offered me $50 . That's not right then they ignored my request to come to a fair resolution like they have no empathy for other people's situation when they created it . It was a way that all of this could have been avoided now I've been beating myself up about losing my watch my dad gave me and it wasn't even my fault. So now I have to go the legal route and and I'll get more than what them doing the right thing would've cost them . But at the end of it I still lose because nothing is going to give me back my dad or the only thing I had from him😢😢
