It's been 2mos. since I got my LG AI scratch/dent washer and dryer from Discount Appliances Redlands and safe to say I'm still in love with the combo 💛 I found them in Offerup and Dave was such a pleasure to work with, very helpful and responsive. I first messaged him about the washer model WT8600CW and even at 8pm, he was eagerly answering my questions, I was sold with the washer around 9pm. The dryer I originally wanted was DLGX8601WE but it unfortunately got sold earlier in the day so I kept looking at all their other item posts in offerup (this was the only hard part honestly) and found DLG8401BE which is one model down. I asked Dave to confirm if it's still available and that I'm willing to wait since he also said that they can keep holding the washer until I'm ready to get it delivered. I'm a first time homeowner so there were so many things happening all at once, also first time to purchase scratch/dent items, but Dave is an all rounder, he made my washer/dryer buying experience an easy one. Reasonable pricing and installation/delivery fee and quick response time. Highly recommend!!
We had a great experience at Discount Appliances in Redlands! Dave delivered our appliances and truly went above and beyond. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He made sure everything was handled carefully and took the time to answer our questions, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across customer service like that. Dave represented the store so well, and because of him, we would absolutely recommend Discount Appliances to anyone looking for quality appliances and excellent service.
Absolute piece of trash company. Deceptive liars. They hid the fact the right door is deformed, sagging so much lower than the left, causing constant condensation to build up only under the right door. The gap before the freezer is so uneven left to right. The ripped off ugly leftovers of a sticker inside is hiding what? It doesnt come off now. They damaged the floor dragging it inside. The freezer is supposed to close by itself but doesnt. They didnt do basic setup. You get what you pay for. Saving 1k on this supposed new fridge wasn't worth it at all. Did not agree to have an ugly deformed right door that is causing higher electricity costs.
