  I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is awful. The delivery and installation needs to be investigated these are clearly only delivering men. They do not know how to properly install the appliances. The prices are way overpriced for used items. I wish I could give this business no stars. I just sent a complaint to the better business bureau. This is not acceptable I have a machine in my house that doesn’t work. I have delivery guys in and out of my house not capable of installing appliances and I have to communicate with an unprofessional sales associate Nairoby instead of the manger Pete who is conveniently never in when I call. I am writing this review to warn people to not waste your time or money with these people.

  What a great experience! Kind people that are genuinely interested in helping people get a quality appliances at an affordable price. They were helpful, knowledgable, patient and honest. They had an excellent selection of products and were willing to extend their limited time offers to a large portion of their inventory. Before spending thousands, you should see what FHD has to offer. Lots of bespoke items with cosmetic blemishes at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I highly recommend this store. Chill people that deserve your business.💙

  A big Thank You to the staff at FHD Appliances. They are always so friendly and ready to answer questions. We've purchased several items and they work with you even if your credit is less than perfect. My dad just bought a dryer too! I highly recommend them for your appliances needs .
