Juan M. and Joshua R. were very personable, took time to explain things, and understood very quickly the kind of vehicle I was looking for. No fuss and no fluff, just the kind of guidance that a person needs. Usually, coming to any car dealership, one's guard is up, but these two individuals really put my mind at ease, and was transparent throughout the transaction.
