Sprinter City is not your typical dealership, but if you are looking for the lowest priced Sprinter vans in Los Angeles with the best bang for the buck, this is the place. Leon is a good guy and very knowledgeable with Sprinter vans. He buys retired fleet vehicles (like from FedEx), fixes them up with genuine Mercedes Benz parts (I have personally helped him pick up parts for him from the Mercedes Sprinter dealership for a repair), drives them himself for a while to ensure they are in good working order, and puts them up for sale to the public. I found him through an online classified ad years ago when I was dreaming of getting a van while on a strict budget, and ended helping connect friends who were looking when I was unable to afford a van myself, and have maintained a friendship with him over the years. I personally drive a 4x4 2500 that I did not get from him, as he only gets 2wd vehicles, but I have multiple friends that have bought vans from Sprinted City, one who bought a 140 low roof (technically purchased before I met Leon, but was a mutual friend from the beach and the van went into the 400k mile range before the driver totaled it), another who got a 140 low roof crew van and traded it back in for a 144 high roof cargo van a year later, another who got a 118 high roof, another who got a 170 high roof. All of the vans that were purchased from Leon are either still on the road or were built out by the owners and sold with a profit. Leon has helped all of his customers with any warranty issues during the warranty period, and has even gone beyond the warranty period in some cases to help with unforeseen repair issues since they bought their van from him, although some have moved on to their own preferred mechanics as Sprinter City is more of a dealership than a service department. Bottom line, these are great vans, some need more work than others, Leon only uses genuine Mercedes Benz parts for repairs, only sells vans that are ready for the road and vans that he truly believes will last for many years to come. If you are looking for the Mercedes Benz experience, I may recommend you look elsewhere, as Leon’s dealership is not in the best neighborhood and not shiny and polished like some people expect, but again if you are looking for the best price and don’t care about high miles (100-200k+), a few dents and scratches etc, this is the best bang for the buck Sprinter fleet reseller in LA.
We bought a Sprinter van 2006 here and loved our experience. Leon has been helping us build the camper van of our dreams. When little minor things go wrong with the van Leon is very quick to remedy our issues. I will most likely buy another T1N from Leon.
Leon was great, we had a problem with our sprinters ac fan, and he fixed it right away, he knew exactly what it needed, fantastic customer service
