  • I am super Happy with the treatment I received from Tim and Justin!! They were great! I spoke to Tim over the phone and met Justin in person. They explained everything to me and made it super easy for me to get approved and get the truck I’ve been wanting for a great price!! What I love best is they didn’t have that pushy annoying sales attitude I have encountered in other places. They heard what I wanted and needed and got it done.Highly recommend them!!

  • Was told that they were flexible on trade values to make a deal. I was informed of that before making a 4-5 hour trip. Showed up and that was not the case. Especially after pointing out mechanical flaws on the vehicle I was interested in. I was informed they do not negotiate price but they aren’t opposed to negotiating trade ins to make a deal exactly on the phone. I show up do a good deliberate deep dive on the vehicle. I find some flaws, I get my trade appraised and it’s originally 3k under my KBB trade in value. There were no negotiations on that at all. I will say the treatment after arriving to look at the truck was pleasant and they let me test drive it for however long. That was actually nice. You get to really get the vehicle up to operating temperature versus a 2 mile test drive like a regular dealership. I took it on a total of 18 miles of a drive and got it up to speed and parked at a local sports field to see any leaks or anything. Attached is the pictures, It’s just not transparent to tell a potential customer that you guys don’t negotiate selling price but do negotiate trade in’s to make a deal if it’s close. And to be offered non of that and only miss out on my numbers by 2k. That seems disingenuous to waste my time and money to drive all the way up

  • This dealer is awesome! Justin was also awesome! He helped me get the payment I needed although I know I was kind of a pain in the butt. I didn’t feel like they were trying to get one over on me. Very easy to work with. Will definitely buy again from Texas truck barn in the future.
