Sean, the representative, was excellent; he brought a lot of flooring options and even arrived before business hours to accommodate my work schedule that day. The installation crew was just as impressive. There were plenty of workers, they installed the carpet perfectly, and cleaned everything up nicely afterward. Great service and workmanship. I highly recommend them.

We had left one area of our home in the original tile (not from Ideal floors) when we got our floors done last year by Ideal floors, but after the winter weather some of the old tile popped up and we had to replace them. After more than three weeks, all he managed to do was poorly remove the existing flooring—leaving behind a huge mess and proving he was unqualified for the job. Their prep work was outstanding, and they completed everything, including installing new baseboards, with precision and care. While the GC claimed the job would take 5–6 days (after already wasting three weeks), Ideal got it done beautifully in under two days. We’ve been loyal customers of Ideal Floors since the Big Bob days, and I truly regret ever straying. Our floors are absolutely stunning, and we finally have peace of mind.
