  DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM HERE. My mom made the mistake of visiting this local shop and purchasing two bed frames and two mattresses. The items arrived yesterday, and after only 3 hours of installation, my mom noticed oils stains at the bottom of the mattress. She only noticed the stains because the mattress kept sliding back and forth as she was trying to put on bedsheets. My mom decided to go in-store today 2/10/26, to address the stains with the owner. She put me on the phone with her and immediately the owner was defensive saying that in her 40+ years of business this has never happened. She accused my mom of causing the stains because she slept on it overnight. What kind of customer service is this? As you can see in the photo attached, the photo was taken on the day of delivery at 5:26 pm. This stain was already there. She then offered to do an exchange for $60. Good customer service would've been free considering that the stains were not caused by the customer, but what did we expect from an Asian furniture shop? The typical rude and cheap! You get what you pay for. Stay away from here…

  I wish I had the same experience as everyone else and I hope this isn’t a racial thing. I’ve had this bed literally for 3 months. I’m only 110 pounds of course I don’t jump in my bed and my slates are already broken. The bed squeaked from the very beginning. I asked can someone come out & tightened the screws. I was told I can come pick up the tools and do it myself. Again I’m 110 pounds and they want me to lift a king size bed. My table chairs screws are also loose. I’ve only had this furniture for 3 months this isn’t okay.
