Twin Peaks Auto Group! An absolute game-changer! Stress-free car buying experience. I was looking for an analog “old school” BMW online, and stumbled upon a local car dealership’s website called Twin Peaks Auto Group that had a clean example of a 1998 BMW Z3 with manual transmission. Twin Peaks Auto Group in Burlingame, California is rated 5 Stars with great reviews, so I decided to just randomly drop by and check out their dealership. From the moment I walked in, I met Alex Pourtakin, the owner. He informed me he is usually scheduled by appointments only, but would accommodate me which I appreciated. Alex was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my questions regarding purchasing an older European vehicle. There was zero high-pressure sales nonsense from him whatsoever. Alex is definitely a cool dude. Alex walked me through the vehicle history reports in detail, pointed out minor cosmetic imperfections without being asked, and gave me all the time I needed for a thorough test drive around the city of Burlingame. Considering the BMW Z3 is almost 30 years old, we noticed small issues such as the door step sill pads and rubber gasket trims degrading. Alex had his team fix it, along with a car wash/detail and tank of gas with no arguments or extra fees which I am very thankful for. The transparency continued during the financial negotiating/paperwork. Alex was efficient, clear about every document, California taxes and DMV fees. It is rare to find a car dealership that treats you like a human being rather than a commission check. If you are looking for a quality used car that genuinely cares about customer care and relationships long after the paperwork is signed, Alex will take care of you and treat you like family. Hi this is Gloria and I want to share the customer service that I just acquired from Alex at Twin Peaks auto group. It was excellent absolutely amazing. I got a 2019 Glc 300 That I am loving it. It is Gray classy amazing it has 75,000 miles on it and it is beautiful. He gave excellent customer service couldn’t ask for a better deal on the car. Anyone wants to call and ask for any personal recommendation or what have you I recommend him highly as I’m stumbling feeling for my words do yourself a favor and come and any of his high end quality cars you will be amazed and you’ll get the best deal thank you.
