  BUYER BEWARE!! I bought a GLC300 at 6:30pm on July 8th and at 7am on July 9th, the check engine light came on and won’t accelerate past 60mph. Only 11 hours after paying cash for the vehicle. I was told to come to the dealership to discuss options. I worked with Danny, Mo, and Joey who all were extremely unhelpful and KNOWINGLY sold a car with issues. They presented me with the following resolutions: 1. Accept the trade value for the vehicle (about 4k less than I paid) 2. They can facilitate the repairs at their discounted rate, for a new turbo. ($1500 out of pocket) 3. Purchase their warranty for $3,600 dollars. All I asked is for human decency, I came to this dealership with good faith that they would sell me a reliable car for my family and I, yet was SCAMMED out of 15,000. This is not over yet, I will ensure that my story gets out to anyone that will listen. Please save yourself the heartache and stress and please please please do not willingly buy a car here.

  Title: Worst Experience Ever at This Dealership mercedes benz c300 2017 I had the worst experience with this dealership. During the negotiation, I asked if they offered a military discount, and the salesman told me, “I’ll give you the family discount.” Five miles down the road, the check engine light came on, the roof wouldn’t open, and the windshield washer didn’t work. I guess that was the “discount” he was talking about. After sending pictures of the diagnostic report, I was told a mechanic would contact me — it’s been over a month and a half, and I’m still waiting. Terrible service and zero accountability. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
