A unique experience worth reading! Today, I lost a book bag that had many important items contained within. Crystal, a member of the team at Mountain Motors, found the book bag on the side of the road. She identified me as the owner, called me to let me know she had the bag, and told me I could come to Mountain Motors for retrieval. Josh, another member of the team at Mountain Motors, met me at the front door, had me identify the bag and returned it to me. I am grateful for the help Crystal and Josh provided.
