  • Must give a shout out to bro Clayton and the crew. They put us in a 2025 Ram Big Horn, best vehicle we've owned so far. Clayton got most of the work done prior to us even stepping foot on the lot. The buying experience went as smooth as butter. No hassle, no haggle, just straight down to exceeding out expectations. Can't beat that! Also shout out to Quincy and Mike over at the finance department. This wouldn't have happened without the entire team. You guys rock!

  • I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my truck from Emily R. I made an inquiry online on the most fairly priced 2024 Ram 1500 I’d been able to find. Emily followed up on my inquiry immediately. She answered all of my questions, helped me in the process remotely, and had excellent communication. She was informative, knowledgeable, and gave me space to consider my investment. She got me payment options and coordinated a test drive for me. Once I was at the dealership, the truck was pulled up and ready for a test drive. She gave me space to look at the truck and we went for a drive. The Ram 1500 was beautiful and drove very well. When we got back to the lot I asked to see other options in a similar process range just so I could see my options and she showed me every vehicle. I was most impressed with her honestly when she told me the pros and cons. Older, more miles, more features etc. She truly wanted me to make an informed decision on such a large financial investment. I chose to purchase the original Ram we test drove that evening. I signed the paperwork and drove my new baby home. Saturday morning she messaged to let me know they secured a better rate and asked me to come in. My rate was lowered by 1.2%APR and approximately $20/month. While this may not seem like a big deal, it is was to me. The deal was signed and the truck was at my home. She didn’t need to let me know I could have gotten a better rate but she did. I resigned yesterday at the better rate, and I could not be more happy. Dealerships can tend to churn out vehicles with little consideration for the purchaser. Prestige was a different experience entirely. Emily was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her or Prestige highly enough.

  • Beware! Prestige is not a place this retired veteran would recommend. I purchased a truck from Prestige one month ago, the sticker price on this vehicle was $98.5K (not what I paid). The salesman Jovan was a very nice and personable individual and seems very genuine. One week after purchase the check engine light came on, I called Jovan and he asked me to bring it in that day. I drove to dealership and someone from service plugged in a little gadget into the truck and told me it was a problem with the alarm system. The service guy was not pleasant to work with, he was short and seemed bothered to have to look at my vehicle that had less than 400 miles on it at the time. Jovan took it to another dealership to have the alarm fixed because Prestige’s alarm guy was not at work that Monday. Vehicle came back 20-30 minutes later and check engine light was out. I drove the truck 5 miles and the light came back on. I called Jovan and he said to bring it in and they would fix it. I brought it in the next Saturday for the light and so they would fix the split tailgate which was not opening correctly the night I purchased the vehicle. The service dept “reset” the alarm system, and said the tailgate was operating correctly for them and since they couldn’t duplicate it there was nothing they could do even though when I dropped off the vehicle the lead advisor tried to open the tailgate and it wouldn’t open for him. I left with the vehicle and because when I purchased it there was a rock chip in the front I had another appointment to get that fixed. I brought it in again and I reported the tailgate was still not opening in the 60/40 split. They fixed the chip and adjusted the tailgate to the maximum limit and said if there was still a problem they would have to send the truck to a body shop for repair. While there I pointed out the dimmer switch for the dash lights wasn’t working as advertised, the service advisor said that adjusting the lights through uconnect shouldn’t be required and walked out to the truck with me and said the dimmer switch should adjust it but because the sun was out the option wouldn’t work, the truck needed to be in a dark location. I drove it home, put it in the garage, closed the door and guess what….dimmer didn’t work. One week later, supposed to go on vacation the following morning and while driving to fill up with gas my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Multiple messages and warning lights. The following messages were displayed, “Warning light illumination unavailable service required”, “Traffic sign assist unavailable service required”, Auto emergency braking limited functionality service required”, the drowsy driver system warning light came on as well as the emergency braking light. Needless to say I couldn’t trust this vehicle to take on vacation, so I delayed my vacation, and arranged to drop the truck back off to dealer for a forth time in less than a month. I gave pictures to the advisor of everything going on and explained there were gremlins living in this vehicle. Advisor plugged in his gadget to the truck and said there were no stored messages, but I was able to read the gadget had identified a short in the drivers seat heater. Later that day I get a message that the engineers said there is a service bulletin which was released on 3 April 2026 (3 weeks before I bought the truck) that said there is a traffic sign alert system has an issue due to software problems and that a new software release would fix the issue and would be released sometime later in 2026. None of the other issues were addressed. I met with the dealership today, of course their fix to this is to “trade me out of the vehicle”. This would mean I have to pay taxes again, and accept whatever offer they would give me on their flawed product. Obviously that isn’t happening. I will seek remedy through the lemon law. The dealership didn’t not offer me a loaner vehicle at any time during this nightmare, they offered free water or coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Prestige Dodge to anyone
