  • QUICK REVIEW: First and foremost, if Google would let us rate our experience at Prestige CDJR as 10 stars out of 5, we would. Andy, Tom Harvey, Varoujan, Rubin, and everyone else that we interacted with were phenomenal. We highly recommend this dealership. DETAILED REVIEW: On our current travels around the country, we were to stay two nights in Las Vegas before heading to a much-anticipated national park stay. As we pulled into town, we experienced issues with our truck that were very concerning to us. Surprisingly, we found a lot of dealerships in the Las Vegas area. We called several and visited two, one being Prestige. As was expected, service appointments were several days to several weeks out. However, when we visited the Service Department at Prestige, Andy went out of his way to help us even though he was already juggling other tasks. After speaking with him, we felt that our issue could be resolved, but we did not feel comfortable continuing on our journey. A comment out of frustration was made by us about just getting a new truck, which wasn’t something we wanted to do, but Andy responded kindly and offered to introduce us to a sales advisor. We decided we needed to eat, decompress, and think about it. Based upon our projected travel plans, much of which will be in remote areas, we came to the conclusion to look at a new truck. Based solely upon our interaction with Andy in the Service Department, we decided to start our search and research at Prestige CDJR. We met Andy the next morning, and he introduced us to Tom Harvey, who was awesome. Based upon our interaction with Tom Harvey, we decided not to look at any of the other dealerships who the previous day during our service phone calls were willing to appraise our current truck and put us into a new truck. Working with Tom Harvey and Varoujan, there was zero haggling or no pressure. We received an offer for our current truck and a price for a new truck that we felt was very fair, so we made a deal. Though it’s rumored that we’re based out of Wisconsin (though we were there a couple of months ago), we are based out of Pennsylvania, which unfortunately created a lot of issues. With every hurdle and obstacle presented to them, Tom and Varoujan worked through them and bent over backwards to resolve it and make us happy. In the end, we kept with our timetable to be out of Las Vegas in two days. Though not planned, we left with a new truck that we feel very comfortable in as we continue our journey and at a price point that we felt was more than fair. Though before coming to Las Vegas, we never heard of Prestige CDJR, we highly recommend patronizing this dealership if you’re looking for a vehicle or service. Based upon the totality of our experience, we would make this our dealership if we lived in the area.

  • This was the best experience … from arriving on the lot to the end and signing paperwork on a big screen. I was met with Andrew and then Timothy pounce … in which I think I kinda scared Tim because he brought in Randy to finish the whole deal. Very friendly and not pushy very straightforward!!! VERY MUCH LOVED THIS EXPERINCE!!!

  • Beware! Prestige is not a place this retired veteran would recommend. I purchased a truck from Prestige one month ago, the sticker price on this vehicle was $98.5K (not what I paid). The salesman Jovan was a very nice and personable individual and seems very genuine. One week after purchase the check engine light came on, I called Jovan and he asked me to bring it in that day. I drove to dealership and someone from service plugged in a little gadget into the truck and told me it was a problem with the alarm system. The service guy was not pleasant to work with, he was short and seemed bothered to have to look at my vehicle that had less than 400 miles on it at the time. Jovan took it to another dealership to have the alarm fixed because Prestige’s alarm guy was not at work that Monday. Vehicle came back 20-30 minutes later and check engine light was out. I drove the truck 5 miles and the light came back on. I called Jovan and he said to bring it in and they would fix it. I brought it in the next Saturday for the light and so they would fix the split tailgate which was not opening correctly the night I purchased the vehicle. The service dept “reset” the alarm system, and said the tailgate was operating correctly for them and since they couldn’t duplicate it there was nothing they could do even though when I dropped off the vehicle the lead advisor tried to open the tailgate and it wouldn’t open for him. I left with the vehicle and because when I purchased it there was a rock chip in the front I had another appointment to get that fixed. I brought it in again and I reported the tailgate was still not opening in the 60/40 split. They fixed the chip and adjusted the tailgate to the maximum limit and said if there was still a problem they would have to send the truck to a body shop for repair. While there I pointed out the dimmer switch for the dash lights wasn’t working as advertised, the service advisor said that adjusting the lights through uconnect shouldn’t be required and walked out to the truck with me and said the dimmer switch should adjust it but because the sun was out the option wouldn’t work, the truck needed to be in a dark location. I drove it home, put it in the garage, closed the door and guess what….dimmer didn’t work. One week later, supposed to go on vacation the following morning and while driving to fill up with gas my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Multiple messages and warning lights. The following messages were displayed, “Warning light illumination unavailable service required”, “Traffic sign assist unavailable service required”, Auto emergency braking limited functionality service required”, the drowsy driver system warning light came on as well as the emergency braking light. Needless to say I couldn’t trust this vehicle to take on vacation, so I delayed my vacation, and arranged to drop the truck back off to dealer for a forth time in less than a month. I gave pictures to the advisor of everything going on and explained there were gremlins living in this vehicle. Advisor plugged in his gadget to the truck and said there were no stored messages, but I was able to read the gadget had identified a short in the drivers seat heater. Later that day I get a message that the engineers said there is a service bulletin which was released on 3 April 2026 (3 weeks before I bought the truck) that said there is a traffic sign alert system has an issue due to software problems and that a new software release would fix the issue and would be released sometime later in 2026. None of the other issues were addressed. I met with the dealership today, of course their fix to this is to “trade me out of the vehicle”. This would mean I have to pay taxes again, and accept whatever offer they would give me on their flawed product. Obviously that isn’t happening. I will seek remedy through the lemon law. The dealership didn’t not offer me a loaner vehicle at any time during this nightmare, they offered free water or coffee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Prestige Dodge to anyone
