  • We bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy addition from El Coyote almost ten months ago. The staff was kind and let my wife and I drive the car and also put the carseat in the back to see how well it would fit. We decided to buy the car because it had low miles and was significantly cheaper than anything we had found. After having the car for less than a day the check engine light came on. We took it into the shop to find that the charcoal canister was damaged and that it would need replaced to pass emissions. It was an $800 repair. Since then, the car has run perfectly for us. I had the mechanic take a look at everything else on the car. And he said everything looked to be in good condition. If you are looking for a good deal, this is good place to start. Just expect a few bumps in the road after you sign the check.

  • I went with my son to purchase a Dodge Charger he saw on Facebook Marketplace. I have to admit we went with a stand off attitude because he really wanted the car, but in the prior week, he had been lied to by other sellers and just having shady things happen. This guy was so patient with all of our "extra" requests and questions and the deal ended up going very smoothly. Also gave us a 30 day warranty, which is not common in the used car business these days. The owner made certain promises and fulfilled every one of them and never got upset over our constant questioning things over a 2-3 day period. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to do business here again.

  • GOOD PEOPLE, POOR ETHICS & MANAGEMENT Almost purchased a vehicle here. Came to an agreement with the financial advisor, shook hands knowing the deal was manageable for us. We went to the bank to get our down payment and the same advisor calls us asking for $3000 MORE! They wouldn't honor our original agreement, so we left. Unacceptable business doing, no matter how pleasant they may seem at first.
