  Don't trust a thing that this man says to you. Our experience with this company went like this: we found an ad online for a car close to our price range. We reached out to Ricardo at Setog for more infomation. He did not have a vehicle report nor an inspection, so we paid for both of those. After reading the vin audit report, we took out a loan from family but still did not have enough cash. After speaking to Ricardo again on the phone, he said that he was sure we could negotiate something after we came to Miami, which is two hours away from us. After we reached Miami Ricardo started yelling at us that the price was a firm price and that he would not negotiate. After we pointed out that this was the opposite of what he said to us on the phone, he let us know that he would not be running this as an actual “sale”, which we should be grateful for because we would not need to pay any taxes on it. We were then told by the inspector that the car was not the year or milage advertised. Ricardo responded to this by saying that those things mostly do not matter. The inspection also found that the car pulled heavily to one side and would need key components of the braking system. Ricardo again replied by saying how lucky we should feel to take part in an underworld transaction like this one. When we said we expected temp plates and an actual title for the amount we had stated on the phone, he told us that he did not have those things and stormed off into his office. Again, do not trust a single word this man says. He wants full price for a questionable sale when all we wanted was a legitimate, above board transaction.
