  • ⚠️ DON'T TRUST THEIR LISTINGS — DISHONEST STORE ⚠️ Saw their Samsung A37 5G listing on Facebook Marketplace. I'm a repair technician and needed the phone for a customer's back replacement — none of my vendors had it. I texted, confirmed availability, confirmed the address, and told them I'd be there in 15 minutes. I drove 30 minutes and closed my own store to make the trip. When I arrived, the employee had no idea about the listing. He disappeared inside for 5–10 minutes, then came out and said "sorry, maybe it was a mistake, we don't have it — it might be at our other location." This is a classic bait tactic — post items you don't have to get customers through the door, then push them toward whatever you actually have in stock or put them on a waitlist. It's dishonest, it wastes people's time, and it's disrespectful to fellow professionals in this industry. Don't be fooled by their Google reviews like I was — the reviews do NOT reflect the actual service or honesty of this shop. Stores that operate like this don't last long, and there's a reason for that. If a shop isn't honest about inventory, I seriously question the honesty of their repair quality and parts as well. Avoid if you can. There are plenty of ethical, honest shop owners out there — take your business there instead. You've been warned.

  • I hate leaving bad reviews because as a business owner and manager I know how hard it can be to run a business. We were told one thing and the offer was different when we picked the phone up. The screen broke with in 1 business day and we were told the phone screen had a 30 day full warranty. They need to train staff way better and offer a service worthy of return business. Sad we could not get the level of service shown in these other reviews. Be aware this place is not be the one to choose. There are 10 others within a 5 mile radius.
