  • One month ago, I purchased a 2021 Tesla from this dealership. I was assured by the salesperson that the vehicle was in impeccable condition and had no issues whatsoever. The entire transaction was done online, and the car was delivered to me without any prior test drive. The moment I drove the car for the first time, I was in shock. It genuinely felt like the car was about to fall apart. There was an overwhelming amount of noise coming from the suspension—so loud and constant that it completely ruined the driving experience. I immediately contacted both the salesperson and the manager, expecting support or at least accountability. Unfortunately, nothing was done to address the problem. In an effort to resolve the issue myself, I replaced every suspension component, investing significant time and money. Yet, despite all of this, the noise is still there, leaving me frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely misled Not to mention that was sold an accident-damaged car at the price of a vehicle with a clean history. Nobody in the dealership told me anything about this before I purchased the car. So, don’t buy anything from here if you can’t make test drive.

He was super helpful and helped me with all the requirements for purchasing the vehicle. I bought it remotely with confidence and was pleasantly surprised. The car was very clean and well-maintained. It was worth every minute of my trip back with him. Thank you.

  • Bought a grand caravan. They gave me a pretty good deal. When I got it home I realized that it didn't have the right seats in it. And everything went downhill from there. Engine light comes on. Told me to take it to iron auto, which is also owned by Arion. I've had this car for approximately a month. And while they have fixed a few problems, they did put a used transmission in it. Not exactly sure what all they have fixed because they would not give me any repair paperwork. I have had it at the shop at least 6 times. I took it to a different shop and had the Thermostat changed. Only to have the engine light come back on. Took it back and was told that the engine light will continue to come on until the lifters are replaced, head work done. Basically a new engine. Arion refused to give me my money back after 1 week. I am sure they knew all along that the car was no good. They repaired small things until I have no recourse. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ARION CAR SALES TO ANYONE. I WAS KNOWINGLY SOLD A LEMON. And I still haven't gotten my permanent plate.
