I’d check if the cars really worth buying please inspect the vehicle you are thinking of purchasing. The workers tell u everything you need to hear so u can buy the car. Leased a mustang from them and turns out the car shouldn’t even be a clean title it was wrecked once before I got it. The car also came with an abs light which they told me was a faulty sensor but it wasn’t. I was told that I could also fix the issues with the “warranty” and that it would start from the first payment but tuned out that there was no warranty and I kept sending emails, calls, and text but no response they are very unprofessional and would not recommend this dealership to any1. Once I Took the car to ford then I found out the car had a bent core support, evap box was hanging, damaged harness in multiple places, and has configuration codes across numerous modules.I didn’t find that out till I got home and checked the car fax.
Be extremely careful with this company — they are dishonest and deceptive. My husband contacted them about one of their trucks after seeing an online ad that conveniently listed only the down payment and not the actual total price. When he couldn’t find the full price anywhere, he texted them directly and was told the truck was $38,900. That already sounded questionable, so he called and spoke to the manager, Roberto, who confirmed the same $38,900 price and encouraged us to come in with our trade-ins. We were very clear from the start: we live in West Virginia, meaning this was a 14-hour drive one way, and we were only willing to finance $25k. We are not new to buying cars, and unfortunately, we are not new to being scammed either. We expected the usual lowball trade-in offers (which absolutely happened), but what we did not expect was a full-blown bait-and-switch. After confirming the price multiple times — over text AND on the phone — they magically changed the price once we showed up in person. Suddenly the truck was over $50,000, and the “best” they were willing to do was $48,000. That is not a mistake — that is blatant dishonesty. Don’t insult us by apologizing for our drive if you have zero intention of honoring the price you gave us. If they were actually sorry about the 2,000 miles we drove in separate vehicles, they would have stood by their word. To make matters worse, their video claimed the used truck was in perfect condition. That was a flat-out lie. The truck was nowhere near perfect and clearly needed significant work. We were willing to overlook that because we have access to affordable repairs — but the price manipulation was unforgivable. Then the finance officer had the nerve to push us to take out a loan double what we explicitly said we were comfortable with. At that point, it was clear their entire strategy was to lie to get us in the door and then pressure us into something we never agreed to. We left furious — after wasting time, money, and energy — because of their dishonesty and complete lack of integrity. This dealership does not respect customers, their time, or their word. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else — somewhere that will actually be upfront, honest, and tell you the real price before you drive hundreds (or thousands) of miles.
I was mislead and taken advantage. I asked from the beginning if the Honda HRV was certified and insured which the first person I spoke said yes. I made the mistake of putting a deposit without realizing that it is non refundable, it was never clearly stated. By law it should be refundable. I got a CarFax report and I learned that the car has no Honda certified warranties because the car was totaled due to major impact in the front and the side. This was not the version I got from two of people I spoke (Luis and Marco). The next day I contacted them to ask for my refund since I learned at the genuine Honda dealer that deposit by law must be refunded. The excused that Marco gave me was that the owners were out and this morning, next day, Marco is not responding to my calls.
