I was very happy with Tim Phillis in Service. We had our GR Corolla Wheel & Tire Warranty service . I was extremely impressed with outcome. My daughter ran over pothole/ gaping hole in expressway . Resulted in wrecking driver front wheel & tire. Moderate damage to rear wheel & tire. Service able to provide a new wheel & tire and repaired wheel & tire to be “just like new” . I have a 21 year old daughter who is very possessive of her GR. Sometimes her world revolves around her car. So. I gave Tim a heads up , about my daughter. My daughter came in following day and for about 20 minutes grilled Tim on GR. Asking all sorts of questions like who, what , where , & why. She was satisfied with all explanations & answers to questions. To my surprise ( hard to do ) Car was ready day before ETA. When. Tim was not available. There was always another advisor who jumped in ! We have been a Toyota family for my whole life last 59 years 👍 FYI I have been to Centennial Toyota several times. Service staff top notch. Excellent customer service! Everyone was attentive and motivated to help right when we walked in! Shout out to Michael Vitolo for setting us up with Dean Cantu - one of the best salesman 🔥 he helped us pick out and purchase our first truck. Whole process was straightforward, Dean was great, patient and gave us time to think before we decided to make the purchase - Dean was not pushy or overly aggressive. Inside of Toyota was very nice, clean and felt welcoming. 10/10 recommend. Go see Luis, Dean & Michael for all your future Toyota purchases… they’ll get you right. 🤙🏽
After trying to work with Findlay Toyota and having another car fall through, I eventually ended up here and they were able to get me into the vehicle I really wanted. The facility itself is huge with glass walls throughout the building, so it feels very open and modern. I actually went back today to the service department to get my tint done and everything went smoothly. I especially like the automatic garage system they use when you check in your car. My last Toyota had recently been totaled and I had been without a car for about a month. The accident was a scary experience, but I truly believe that driving a Toyota helped me walk away from it. Because of that, I was pretty set on getting another one. At that point I did not even have reliable transportation to go look at cars. This location is quite a bit farther from my home, but they offered to help with transportation which I really appreciated. They also kept good communication with me throughout the process which made things easier during what was already a stressful time. The only downside was that I did have to pay a bit of a premium for the car I wanted since the model was in high demand. That part was a little frustrating, but in the end I really do love the car. It has the safety features that were important to me and helped me feel comfortable getting back on the road again. Even though this location is farther from my home, the experience has been good enough that I would consider making the drive for service in the future.
