  • Absolutely amazing people to work with, everyone was extremely helpful and made it a very easy and convenient process. I drove about 500 miles to come and pick it up. When i got there they had it parked up front with temp registration already taped in the rear window and all ready to go. They were able to do all the signing over the phone and through email so when i got there i was able to get back on the road and headed home in my new 4runner in 15 minutes! Thank you guys so much for everything! Car is great! Made it back home without a single hiccup and is in stunning condition. Would 110% recommend. -Alec

  • Absolutely no respect for the workers here trying to have me pay $1100 for a water pump replacement, did it myself for $80 and they wanted $150 just to tell me it was the water pump it’s probably more than that, I need to get rid of this vehicle now that keeps breaking every other month because Ruddell sold me a Lemon way above asking price of this car and they won’t fix it. The employees won’t let me contact Howie about this I have plenty of video I will be posting online soon, I hope we can figure out a way to take this car out of my hands and give me something that actually will work properly or money back which I know you won’t do unless I get ahold of Howie which again you are stopping me and others from talking to. So if you want a good priced vehicle that’s going to outlast their warranty and be able to fix it if it breaks down, go to a private seller or Toyota, all the cars here at Ruddell’s are over marked by 45%+ good luck.
