  • I can appreciate good customer service. I had an issue with the car that I purchased from this establishment and when I was finally able to meet with the owner, he did everything he said he would. I’ve also had to go back to them for service and he is genuine and accommodating!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Reauto used car and Carmax sales(Same owners), Sold me a car which they deceived condition, promised to fix car only to try to use my extended warranty to repair their defective issues. Overcharged me $4,000 over advertised price. Car had no spare tire. Car had no gas. Did not reimburse me. Car was extremely dirty from their mechanics grease and oil. When i questioned, OWNER MIKE, used profanity at me. His attitude changed after finance company cut his check. He totally deceived the finance company out of $4000 and my MOM and myself. Did not honor verbal agreement to fix shocks and struts. I can't drive vehicle due to this fact. Threatened to tow my vehicle after totally refusing to repair if it would cost them a penny out of pocket. Which should have been done prior to sell. Costing me over $10,000. On top of a car advertised for 8995. Deceitfully charging me $12999.00. Lied and said it was because extended warranty was added. Which was not true. Extended warranty was on to of the $4000.00. Experience is horrible. I AM STRESSED BEYOND BELIEF. I am taking legally action. Advise not to patronize. Not an isolated incident. The new ownership sales practices are criminal in my opinion. SAVE YOURSELF A DREADFUL STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT PATRONIZE!!! Car was advertised for shown. Deceitfully sold for $12995. $4000 over advertised. To move into our neighborhood and intentionally scam, defrauded and exercise criminal tactics is a TOTAL DISRESPECT TO OUR COMMUNITY. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN PATRONIZING THIS PLACE.... WE WORK TOO hARD FOR OUR MONEY TO LET PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO PROFIT AND PREY ON OUR COMMUNITY MUST BE STOPPED BY ALL LAWFUL WAYS. In a nutshell, the OWNER ADVERTISED the car at $8995. Deceptively raised price to $12995. Upon reading other reviews,this is a common practice of this company. They also practice in illegal inspections of vehicles. I will take any and all legal action to expose this fraud of REAUTO with every fiber in my being. I have verified proof of these potential crimes. They have not responded to my BBB COMPLAINT, NOR ATTORNEY GENERAL. But has responded to all others. This is a clear sign of guilt
