I had an amazing experience at New Jersey Used Car Center. My agent, Nil, was outstanding from start to finish. He was understanding of my credit situation, honest about my options, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming, and the atmosphere made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend them! If your credit is not the best, and even if it’s not don’t hesitate to come to them, they will take care of you! I can’t wait to start my journey with my new car, Thank you guys truly appreciate you!

BEWARE!! - Don't waste your time or money with this dealership as they're NOT sincere with customers. My experience with this dealership was extremely concerning. A vehicle advertised at $16,000 turned into a $22,595 sales price and over $24,000 out of the door price with roughly $6,500 in added JUNK fees that they are unable to properly itemize. They could not provide a proper explanation for the entire difference. To me, this felt like a bait-and-switch and a scam!!. They cited a $599 documentation fee, $975 dealer fee, and a $2,000 “Capital One loan origination fee,” and claimed the State of NJ required an additional $1,500 to $2,000 used car inspection fee. I contacted Capital One directly, and they told me they DID NOT charge that $2,000 loan-origination fee. Fraud!! I have all that on recording. I also questioned an additional amounts $1,000 they built into the transaction which they tried collecting from me. THESE PRACTICES raised SERIOUS CONCERNS about the ACCURACY and TRANSPARENCY of my deal and this dealership. After I challenged the numbers, the dealership offered to give a $2,000 credit and asked me to sign a waiver releasing them of any malpractice. I refused. I have reported my experience to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, NJ Better Business Bureau (BBB) and intend to provide the documentation to the to Capitol One bank and seek legal advice. Judge for yourself before going here and BEWARE!!
