  • Five-Star Experience! We had an amazing experience at Mac Motors! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and patient as we searched for the perfect first car for our daughter. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt confident in our purchase. The selection of used cars was great, and we found exactly what we were looking for at a fair price. If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership with top-notch customer service, we highly recommend Mac Motors. Thank you for making this such a special experience for our family!

  • Chris was super helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured or rushed to buy a car. Mack Motors made purchasing my new vehicle really painless, and I felt very reassured during the process. Not to mention I love my new car!

  • My boyfriend bought a truck from this company and being a week later, we have already had to dump another couple grand into it just to fix the issues that the company was not willing to negotiate on. My boyfriend came across the ad through car guru and fell in love with it based on the pictures that were posted. He went ahead and went through the approval process with his bank so that everything would be ready prior to driving 2 hours out to this dealership. Upon arrival, he began inspecting the vehicle and noticed a ton of exterior and interior cosmetic damages that were not visible in the pictures, there was issues with wiring causing certain lights not to work, there was aftermarket changes made to the truck that resulted in the engine air filter being filled with rocks and debris, the tool box that came with the truck was completely busted and had holes (basically garbage), the heated seats don’t work and the winch that was on the truck wasn’t even hooked up nor had a remote to be able to use the winch, plus a few other things. During the test drive, a warning light appeared on the dash which caused some concern considering there were several reasons/issues that could’ve caused this warning light to appear. After test driving we returned to the car lot. We began discussing the issues and concerns and had requested some mild negotiation to reflect the time and money we would have to potentially put into fixing the issues. The owner (I’m assuming) left no wiggle room. The guy we were dealing with had called him a couple times and we could hear the guy through the phone (loud, irritated) and not wanting to budge. We nearly felt bad for the one having to call him. He was willing to knock some of the price down as long as he negotiated it to were it wasn’t truly doing us any favors. It was basically always something along the lines of “I'll knock $500 off but you have to pay X amount for registration or whatever other fees” which still would’ve been least $500, so ultimately it truly wasn’t beneficial oh and the truck had like a quarter tank of gas leaving the lot. My boyfriend ended up making some calls to see what it could potentially cost to fix the issues and without additional eyes on the pickup or testing devices, it didn’t seem like it would be to much out of pocket to fix. Sadly that ended up not being the case. The worst part is, he wasn’t expecting a perfect truck in perfect condition nor wanted a truck in perfect condition but to expect less then perfect and end up with something even further from perfect from a company that cares way more about money then customer satisfaction, plus every time we mentioned an issue, they would tell us, “we don’t know this trucks history or any specifics” is just sad, plus they made it very clear that they had another person interested in this particular pick up, so if we walked away, they would end up making money regardless. I’m sorry but if I’m running a car lot, I would make it my mission to know every detail inside and outside on a vehicle prior to putting it up for sale on my lot. It’s customer service like this that makes it difficult for dealerships to build a business. It’s one thing if this situation only happens here and there, but if it becomes routine because they got away with it once or twice, it’s really going to be bad for business. Owners and salesman have to be willing to negotiate a little in certain areas in order to build positive rapport with their customers and the communities they serve. So between cosmetic repairs, electrical repairs, replacement parts (remote for winch) plus a few other things, and replacing parts to try and clear the warning code on the dash, it has already costed us roughly $1200 and we are far from done. Oh but they did offer to have their mechanic look at the truck again but that would mean that we would have to take another day off work, losing significant wages which the guy laughed at saying “I don’t know what you guys do for work but I know one day for me isn’t that big of a deal”. Overall, simply stupid.
