  • I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra on January 22, 2026 … Signed my paperwork and was happy or what I thought .. As soon as I got in the car and hit the road check engine light popped on . So I turned around went back in the dealership explained they check my car out and found out it was a sensor ok … so they put it on and I was on my way remind u check engine light never went off… so a week later went back and got another senior put on they said drive it and come back the next week and it should go off so that’s what I did it went off til I got at the pineville exit … so they told me too bring it back the following week and I did … then Jessica advised me they would not fix the problem I bought the car as is … I would not recommend anyone too buy from this dealership … went too the dmv and come too find out the car had a rebuilt title from 2024 ! I’ll let my lawyer handle this matter … Just save ya money !!!

  • I purchased a car on 8-12-2023. Upon leaving the dealership I notice a noise from the front drive side front wheel was making a bad scrubbing noise. Immediately I called back and notified them of what I was hearing. I was told to bring the car back and they would fix it. I was told to bring the car back Monday but when I called Monday I was told that I need to bring it Tuesday because they had order the part a week ago and it wouldn’t be there until Tuesday. (So you knew something was wrong and you sold the car smh??). Well after I drop the car off Tuesday I called back today 8-17-2023 and asked was the car ready for pick up at the time Samantha is her name stated my loan was declined and I wouldn’t be able to purchase the car and I had forfeited my down payment of $2500 dollars. I went out with the police and still no refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!. They’re scam artists and they’re very rude. DONT DO IT….

  • Absolutely terribly customer service and behaviors, I parked a car in this lot for 1 hour after reading a sign specifically stipulating that I would be giving 24 hours or if left overnight for the car to be towed. Instead of following what they specifically said they chose to tow my car in that 1 hour time frame. I only can presume it is due to the fact that they have no customers and can't sell a car without scamming someone so the only way they can make money is by towing potential customers cars. Unacceptable. Never come here.
