  • I was pre-qualified and found a vehicle I loved. The signing of the "deal" (which, in hindsight did NOT reflect their $500 internet special!). The closer was having problems with his computer. He had to manually enter my CC for my $2,500 down. While it was approving, he got a zip code error and hit void impatiently during the process. It was approved, but now my funds are tied up with the banks for seven days! I was devastated. They had the GALL to suggest I take out a high interest credit card for the $2,500, then pay it off after they get their sale. I went home, 40 minutes away, crying. In my old car. Wasted an ENTIRE DAY of my life!
