  We purchased a dishwasher directly from this business. On the original delivery/service date, no one showed up and there was no communication, so I had to call and reschedule. Exactly one month after purchase, the dishwasher broke down. It was still under their three-month guarantee. What followed were numerous texts and phone calls from both my husband and me. My husband was asked to text a copy of the receipt, which he did, but no one followed up. I also texted the service contact and his supervisor with no response. At one point, my husband went to the store in person and found it closed. A service visit was eventually scheduled. I made sure someone was home and paid for the service, but no one showed up. After going in person and speaking with the service coordinator, we were given another day and time. Again, the technician did not arrive as promised and ultimately showed up hours later with the wrong address. After the visit, when we ran the dishwasher, water spilled onto the floor. We were told they would need to return again. This entire experience occurred while the appliance was under guarantee. Clear communication, honoring scheduled appointments, and properly completing service would have made a significant difference. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and follow-through.

  If i could give this "business" ZERO stars, I would. Abraham told us the fridge was 1 year old (2024). Was delivered, never ever cooled properly. Lost so much food due to this issue. He sent his own repair guy out 2x, never fixed it. Then he stopped taking my husband's calls. Finally brought in our own guy. He told us we were MAJORLY scammed. Dead giveaway was that the sticker with the serial number and model had been removed. But our guy was able to track down the model and year built, and it was from 2014! More than 10 years older than Abraham said. Our guy has been unable to repair it, even after expensive replacement parts. We will be taking these scammers to small claims court. Do yourself a favor. Avoid them at all costs, and just go buy a new fridge. This was a 6000$ MISTAKE!!! NEVER AGAIN! Hope this lame excuse for a business gets shut down!

  Do not buy anything from this so-called business! They sold me a nice looking fridge that stopped working 6 months later. They told me the fridge was basically brand new, a floor model. Abraham has been avoiding my calls for over a month now. Telling me they are sending someone out and no one shows up. Then he avoids my calls for weeks. They have scammed me and I will be reporting them to BBB and taking them to small claims.
