  • I had a great experience buying a car from Stephen Wade Nissan. The vehicle was easy to find online, and the entire process felt straightforward and well-organized from start to finish. My salesperson, Trace, was friendly and easy to work with, and the finance team was excellent—especially Daniel Giraldo, who did a great job explaining everything. They were flexible on terms, very fair to negotiate with, and ultimately unbeatable on price. Because I live out of state, we negotiated the purchase price over the phone. I placed a non-refundable deposit (which could be applied to another vehicle on the lot if needed), and we finalized the financing once I arrived. Everything went smoothly and aligned exactly with what we had discussed ahead of time. Overall, it was a professional, low-pressure experience, and I’d happily recommend Stephen Wade Nissan to anyone looking for an easy and transparent car-buying process.

  • Do not use this place unless you want to spend $50,000 on a vehicle that is not safe. Glass blowing in your face when you turn the defrost on is not safe. All we are told after 3 business days after the purchase is the vehicle was sold as is. 50k for a car should be safe to drive *update* after two visits to the dealership and being told there is nothing they can do I left this review now they want me to call or text. It has been less than a week since I purchased if you want to make it right you have my number. Also after touching the front emblem today it falls off. It was attached with silicone. Really can’t make this stuff up.

  • Don’t buy a car here. These people are criminals and they have a literal mandate and protocol to rip you off for as much as they possibly can. They will try to screw you on literally everything! They offered me 9 grand less for a trade in than carmax and Carvana and autonation and 6 grand less than Findlay down the street! They lie to you about the price of the car you’re buying. The price on the car said 24!! The online price was 18,600 the Kelly blue book in perfect condition is 12,300!!!! so even if this car was perfect there is a 6600 markup! And if you combine the markup with the incredible lowballing of my trade in it is a slap in the face kind of mandate to rip you off! And once they have your phone number, they will call you over and over again, even though you tell them how terrible the deal is they’re trying to give you. Basically smiling to your face while they punch you in the throat. They also lied to me many times during the process of buying a car and played incredibly childish games. Sending me rude texts even after I said I wasn’t going to listen to their horrible deal. I then tried to get in contact with a general manager. He never called me back, even though I left a voicemail on his machine and a message for the receptionist. I’ve been went to another location and tried to talk to one of the Wade’s. He literally lied to my face as well while also telling me that the actions of his sales people was uncalled for, and he was going to get to the bottom of it lol that never happed. Then after I bought the car, they tried to screw me over with a bunch of fees and even trying to get me to get new plates instead of transferring my plate plates. They lost my temporary registration. It’s been a month since I bought the car and I still do not have temporary registration for it. You would be better off finding someone on Facebook marketplace to buy their car and just let them punch you in the stomach sometime during the process and it would still be considerably better than buying a car from any of the Wade dealerships.
