  I cannot say enough good things about this Mazda dealership. We test drove cars a few years ago with Reese, and he treated us in a such an awesome & professional way that made us feel like we wanted to buy from mazda simply so he could get the credit lol. We wound up buying a 2023 Mazda with carmax and unfortunately but fortunately had two extremely rare but big problems with our car while still under warranty. I use my car for in home hospice nursing so i literally cant work or see patients if my car is out (extremely stressful) and not like the hospital where others can cover you easily. Both times I needed to get in on short notice, they worked me in so I could get back to work asap. Phew these guys felt like my heros for that alone lol. The first time, something blew in my AC and had it not got addressed would have resulted in needing to replace the entire system. These guys had it fixed in one day. The second repair was a misfiring cylinder, I had to basically have my engine replaced. Henry made sure they gave me the 2025 loaner in the highest trim, same color & terrocata interior just like mine for the three weeks my car was in the shop. I really appreciated their consideration in trying to make it as easeful & comfortable for me as possible while my car had to be in the shop for that time. I told my boyfriend, even though my cars had issues im still so glad i bought my mazda because the dealership here truly makes you feel taken care of & appreciated as a customer. I also told him every single person in the service department has that old school hospitality and kindness like they'd hold the door open for a stranger. If you're considering buying here. You will be so happy to have a local dealership that will value you as a customer & a service department that has your back and makes you feel supported in whatever circumstances arise.

  We had a great experience buying our car from Lorraine. She wasn't pushy and found what we were looking for. Lorraine answered all of our questions. We drove several cars and decided on the Cx50 non turbo. Tonia was great to work with doing our financing. She too didn't try to push extra warranties and products on us. She politely showed us some things the dealership offered but when we didn't want anything but the oil changes she just said that's ok fine and moved on. This was a night and day different experience we had over at the Toyota lot last year with Dallas. He added a ton of extras without explaining any of it. It almost cost my son thousands more, until I went over there and had him make it right.

Being new to the area, we weren’t sure where to start, but Jared made the entire process smooth and stress-free while helping our son purchase his new car. Jared was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to answer every question and guided our son through each step of the process without any pressure. His knowledge and willingness to help truly stood out and made a big difference in our experience. We also want to recognize Zac, the sales manager, who was equally helpful and supportive. Together, they made us feel valued and well taken care of from start to finish. The level of customer service we received was outstanding, and we truly appreciate the care and attention they gave our family. We will absolutely return to Stephen Wade Mazda for future vehicle purchases and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond.
