  • The truth is that I have no idea how the vehicle we purchased this week will perform. Things happen with used cars...it's part of the compromise. Based on our buying experience with Tito and his partner, it is far more important that I trust them. Hopefully we will live happily ever after with our vehicle. If we don't, however, I have full confidence that these guys will do anything WITHIN REASON to make it right. If anything changes, I will be happy to update my review. Until then, I can simply say that the buying experience was very pleasant and we left feeling like we hadn't been lied to and have a very good understanding of our newly purchased truck. I will even be using them in the future for other mechanical needs based on our experience. That is the best testimony, IMO.

  • Friendly, transparent and communicative dealer. I purchased a 2007 Lexus ES 350 from them that works like a charm, and there were no sudden additional fees that dramatically increased the price of my purchase beyond reason once I sat down and talked the numbers, unlike some other dealerships I have visited in the past. The only negative aspect is that they do not accept checks, although paying with a debit card does not incur an upcharge like some other dealerships I have visited in the past, so I don't see an issue with it, but still believe it to be important to mention. I highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a used vehicle.
